Dear Hiring Team,

I am applying for the Founding Designer role at Aeon. The combination of product, brand, and growth design in a single role — with founder-level ownership — is exactly how I have worked for most of my career.

I have been a founding designer before. At ShiftDigital, I was the first and only designer for three years, then CEO for four more. I built everything: product UX, brand identity, landing pages, sales materials, pitch decks, onboarding flows, and the design system that held it together. From seed to acquisition, I owned the full design surface — GTM, product, and service touchpoints. That experience is directly transferable to what Aeon needs right now.

Product and brand are not separate disciplines for me. At ABS Safety, I led seven designers while simultaneously advising the executive team on brand and product strategy. Before that, I ran a brand sprint for Qruise (Quantum ML) — positioning, visual identity, and communication design in six weeks. I think in systems: how brand, product, and growth reinforce each other, not as parallel workstreams but as one coherent experience.

I build with modern tools. Figma is my daily workspace. I prototype in code (React, Tailwind, HTML/CSS) when fidelity or interaction demands it. I use generative AI in my design workflow — not experimentally, but as an integrated part of how I work: prototyping, visual exploration, content generation. Framer and Webflow are tools I use for landing pages and campaign surfaces.

What draws me to Aeon: healthcare is a domain where design quality directly affects whether people get the help they need. Building the full design layer of a health product — from booking funnel to retention interface to service touchpoints — with real ownership and a small team, is the kind of work where I deliver the most value.

I look forward to a conversation.

Best regards
